Originating from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Ana Dokova Brys enjoys being able to positively influence children’s attitudes and perceptions of oral healthcare. Getting the chance to help alleviate dental-related anxiety and creating a pleasant experience for them is incredibly fulfilling, and she loves watching them grow and building relationships with their families. She’s worked in the world of dentistry for over half a decade, and she can’t wait to help improve your little one’s smile!
Dr. Brys chose to become a pediatric dentist because she felt it matched well with her friendly and nurturing personality. Since she was young, she enjoyed working creatively with her hands, and dentistry was the perfect blend of science, artistry, precision, and problem-solving that she craved. She was also fond of her dentist growing up and was always excited to visit them. She then knew she wanted to have a career where she could develop meaningful relationships that she cherished just like she did with her dentist. Once she knew she could also specialize in pediatric dentistry, she knew she had found her niche.
Dr. Brys graduated from McGill University for her undergraduate degree before attending the University of Michigan Ann Arbor for her dental doctorate. She earned merits within Omicron Kapp Upsilon, is board certified, and obtained her Pediatric Specialization & Master of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She’s also an affiliate of the Franciscan Children’s Hospital.
Other than expanding her skills and expertise through continuing education courses, Dr. Brys is also a member of several organizations, including the:

Whenever she isn’t at the office treating growing smiles, Dr. Brys is at home in the Greater Boston Area with her husband, son, and their fun and silly pet Poodle. She and her husband are expecting their daughter in November 2024! Her hobbies involve exploring the outdoors during all seasons, hiking on one of the many New England trails, visiting local bakeries, and practicing yoga. Fun fact: she has three citizenship!
